BARRE GROOVE

60 minutes

Female Centred Strength + Conditioning Work using Ballet-BARRE style exercises as originally created by the fabled Lotte Berk (considered the founder of BARRE as we know today). This workout also incorporates Centre based Arm Work and Core strengthening Floor Work. All exercises set to the fab, fun music of DANCE GROOVE!

Holistic, barefoot mindful movement class using lyrical Dance movement, Yoga-like stretching + empowering Martial Arts kicks + stances set to up-beat world music for an energising yet relaxing workout conditioning entire system inside + out.
