I invite you to take some time and sit with yourself - Meditating, Journalling, Pausing. Mainly checking to see where you’re at here.
You will know if you are off-kilter because life (or, aspects of it) just won’t feel good. Days will feel long. Actions will feel heavy or, effortful and you basically just won’t want to move forward.
By stopping the show (that is Your Life) you can re-assess where you are, what feels good, what doesn’t, what stays, what goes.
And, from this place we can re-chart our North Star and set Goals, Desires that are really in alignment with who we are.
